A back door leads from the kitchen to a
small patio area, with BBQ and wetsuit drying area, and a side gate that
offers a short walk to Chesil Cove.

parking permit is provided for the duration of your stay - parking is on
street or in local public car park. The permit is also valid at Portland
Bill.

Free WI-FI. Changeover day is Saturday. Rent includes linen, bath/shower
towels, beach towels, electricity and gas. We regret that children under
five are not permitted due to the fact that stairs in the property are
fairly steep. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not permitted.
